Alejandro Quiyono joins VITA to explore well-being through yoga and movement.
The creator of Soul Yoga will be one of the facilitators joining VITA, a five day experience of music, wellness, nature, and hospitality taking place in Puerto Escondido in February 2027.
Wellness can begin with something as simple as pausing, breathing, and reconnecting with the body. This is one of the principles Alejandro Quiyono has explored throughout more than two decades dedicated to yoga and to creating spaces for practice and transformation.
The creator of Soul Yoga, Quiyono is a yoga teacher, instructor trainer, and guide who creates experiences that integrate movement, breathwork, meditation, and body awareness. His approach to yoga goes beyond the physical practice, making it a tool for deeper connection with oneself.
Now, that perspective will become part of VITA.
During the first edition of this experience, taking place in Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca, Alejandro Quiyono will be one of the facilitators introducing participants to different wellness practices and tools.
His participation is part of a broader experience designed to make VITA much more than two days of music. The full experience spans five days, from February 4 to 9, 2027, bringing together music, wellness, nature, gastronomy, hospitality, and spaces for connection.
The idea is for everyone who arrives at VITA to create their own experience: waking up by the ocean, practicing, exploring the destination, sharing a meal, enjoying nature, and, of course, discovering different musical experiences.
Throughout that journey, Quiyono’s work brings a dimension centered around the body and presence.
Because for VITA, wellness is not simply about rest. It is also about discovering new tools that allow us to return to everyday life with a different perspective.
VITA will take place in Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca, from February 4 to 9, 2027.
